Shipping Policy
21 Brix Winery ships online orders within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS and a tracking number will be provided. Please note that an adult signature (21 years +) must be provided upon delivery due to the nature of the contents. Some products are ineligible for shipping and will be clearly noted as such in their product page.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for any wine purchase. If your order is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of both the damaged product and box. Contact us at info@21brix.com.
