Shipping Policy

All Flooring and Furniture purchases are available for in-store pick up only. Your purchase item/s can be picked up at our warehouse within Moran's Floor Store located at 2206 Foote Ave. Ext. Jamestown NY 14701. After placing your order, we will notify you within 24 hours of the approximate availability of the product/s that you have purchased. Once we have received your product in our warehouse, we will notify you when your item/s are ready for pickup. Due to the nature and size of Flooring and Furniture items, we can only give you a custom quote for delivery to your home or business by calling 716-665-4545.

Refund Policy

Items that are in stock in our warehouse or store are able to be refunded if they have not been picked up or delivered to you. Special order items may be refunded if the item has not yet been shipped or in transit to our warehouse. You must contact us immediately to cancel your order.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Special order items that are not in our warehouse, are non-cancellable once items have been shipped or are in transit from our supplier. Due to the nature of the product that we sell (household goods) all special order and in-stock items are non-returnable once you have taken delivery of the item.
