Chautauqua Games and Puzzles
We carry a variety of games, toys, and puzzles. At present, Chautauqua-related or produced games are available on our website, including Chautauqua-Opoly, Chautauqua Institution puzzles, and playing cards. A larger selection of games, toys, and puzzles are available in store and by phone order.
All books and gifts excepting book pre-orders should be expected to ship within 1-5 business days. If there is a significant and unexpected delay in your order fulfillment, we may lower or waive the shipping charge. Please note that this time frame indicates when your order is expected to enter the mail system; USPS, UPS, and FedEx are all experiencing intermittent delays in response to ongoing events, and we cannot confidently estimate your package's arrival.
You may return or exchange any item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding shipping cost). Please contact us or return your items within 7 days of receiving your order. Non-book items must also include all original tags and/or packaging. Without a proof of purchase, a return may be approved for exchange or store credit at the manager's discretion and only at the current value of the item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions. You may return or exchange any book or non-book item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding shipping cost). Please contact us or return your items within 7 days of receiving your order. Non-Book items must also include all original tags and/or packaging. Without a proof of purchase, a return may be approved for exchange or store credit at the manager's discretion and only at the current value of the item. For all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit. We are happy to exchange products of equal value, but will not cover related additional shipping expenses. Special order items that are not usually carried and have been ordered specifically at your request may not be returned -- please contact us before mailing your return. If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you. We may request a photograph showing the damage, or that the damaged/incorrect items be returned to us. If you have changed your mind about the contents of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, the shipping charge is non-refundable, and all products sent will be charged and must go through the returns process. Any additional items added and sent separately will require a second shipping charge.
