Shipping Policy
The National Comedy Center ships Monday - Friday 10am-5pm EST. Orders placed before 3pm EST during the week are typically shipped the same day. All orders are shipped from Jamestown, NY with the exception of a few clothing and home goods that are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Domestic orders are shipped priority, packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the date shipped. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local post office for any questions about missing packages. What are the shipping rates? Flat rate shipping of $9.95 No shipping fees will be refunded to you if you choose to return your order. Return Shipping We do not pay for return shipping.
Refund Policy
All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of your dated sales receipt. Your original packing slip and/or receipt must be included with any return. Items must be returned in new condition with tags. We will not accept returns of used, soiled, or worn merchandise. Defective videotapes, CDs, and cassette tapes will be exchanged only for the identical item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for the postage to return a package. Returns will not be offered on: Wigs, Hats, Caps, or Eyeglasses. Once we process the return, you will be notified via E-mail and will see the credit on your account within 5-10 business days.
