Refund Policy

Refunds  : If you need to make a return or exchange on a new item purchase from Sweet Repeats please reach out via phone at 716-483-0109 or email: sweetrepeatskidsinc@gmail.com. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are available for new products if switches sizes or same value item. Gift receipts are also available upon purchase.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exchanges (if applicable) on New items only! For in store exchanges, simply stop down.  New Melissa & Doug Toys are returnable or exchangeable within 10 days of purchase. Must have original receipt.  Items will be inspected for damage to packaging or merchandise before processing return or exchange.
