Shipping Policy
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent to fulfillment the following Monday. This includes orders where pickup is selected. Please keep in mind that weather holds may be placed in your area and delay shipment.
Refund Policy
We want to ensure an exceptional experience with our wines and artisan products. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine or product that is damaged or flawed. If there has been any damage during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the delivery. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle or product for replacement. Once received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the product less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
