Description

Never a dull moment! Purchase a Skate Sharpening Value Card and receive 10 qty sharpenings from the Northwest Arena Pro Shop, a savings of $15. (Individual skate sharpenings are $8 each.) These savings can add up over the tenure of your recreational ice sports participation, or that of your youth recreational ice sports enthusiast. For example:

  • If your child plays youth hockey from ages 8 – 18, budget $500 over that decade just for skate sharpening.
  • Preliminary through juvenile figure skater could require monthly sharpening.

These are just rough estimates; Skate sharpening may be required more or less frequently depending on several factors. Talk to your coach for advice.

Due to COVID-19, the Pro Shop at Northwest Arena is exclusively offering skate sharpening as a drop-off service. If you wish to drop-off or pick-up skates outside of normal public hours, please email us or call 716.484.2624.

The Northwest Arena will mail your Skate Sharpening Value Card FREE of charge upon request, simply email marketing@northwestarena.com after completing your purchase.

Shipping Policy

The Northwest Arena offers complimentary shipping on gift cards, Walking Track Memberships, and Skate Sharpening passes upon request. All other products are available for local pickup only. Exceptions may be made on request. If a request is accepted, the customer is required to cover all shipping and if applicable, return fees.

Refund Policy

Thanks for buying from the Northwest Arena. In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold. After 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item. We do not accept returns on gift cards, custom items, or digital products. After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resellable condition. Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
